Shipping and Tracking

1. Delivery is available throughout Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
2. The pricing of each product is not inclusive of shipping fee.

Pre-Launch Order and Purchase

1. Pre-Launch Period is from 25th October 2018 until 25th November 2018. Delivery period will start from 15 December 2018 until 20 December 2018. *Please be notified of the delivery period before you place your order and make a payment.
2. Pre-Launch period may end earlier, depends on the stock availability.
3. TheLoveReads reserve all rights to cancel any orders depending on stocks availability or customer’s misbehavior.
4. Your order will be confirmed after payment is made. Send the payment slip to our customer service to receive your order confirmation slip. Please go through the purchase steps if you are unsure.

1. During the pre-launch period, the only payment method accepted is online-banking transaction.
2. Your order will be confirmed after payment is made. Send the payment slip to our customer service to receive your order confirmation slip. Please go through the purchase steps if you are unsure.

1. Choose the desired Package for your dearie.
2. Click on Shop Now on the package you have chosen.
3. Proceed to click on Add to Cart once you are set!
4. Click on your cart and proceed to Checkout once done.
5. Our Customer Service will E-mail you to confirm your order details, E-Letter content and stock availability within 1 working day.
6. Proceed to Bank-in the Payment.
   *Note that the only payment method we accept is online payment at the moment.
7. Once done, email us your payment slip with the email title [(Order Number) – Payment Slip]
8. You will receive Confirmation E-mail from our Customer Service shortly.
9. Hang on tight! Once your parcel is ready, we will email to notify you that it’s ready to be delivered to your dearest!
